North Woods Farm Fiber and Yarn Shop is located on the border of Spartanburg and
Greenville
Counties. No matter where you are in Upstate South Carolina or
Western North Carolina, North Hills is just over the next ridge. Y’all come on.
DIRECTIONS FROM
SPARTANBURG:
· Follow Highway 29 S past Wellford to the five points intersection.
· Turn R on Highway 292 at the traffic light.
· Turn L immediately on Highway 358,
Holly Springs Road
, at the Burger King.
·
Follow Holly Springs Road
for approximately 6.4 miles; Highway 358 becomes Highway 357.
· Turn L on Edwards
Store Road
. Holly Springs Fire Dept. is on the corner.
· Go 1 mile to the stop sign, and cross
Sloan Road
. Alpacas are grazing on the hill on your right.
· Turn R into the yarn shop drive.
DIRECTIONS FROM GREER, TAYLORS AND
GREENVILLE:
· Follow Highway 29 N to Greer. Pass the intersection for Highway 14, crossing into
Spartanburg
County.
· Turn L on Highway 357; Radio Shack is on the corner.
· Stay on Highway 357 for approximately 7.3 miles.
· Turn L at Edwards
Store Road
. Holly Springs Fire Dept. is on the corner.
· Go 1 mile to the stop sign, and cross
Sloan Road
. Alpacas are grazing on the hill on your right.
· Turn R into the yarn shop drive.
DIRECTIONS FROM LANDRUM, TRYON, AND
HENDERSONVILLE:
· Follow I-26 E to SC Exit 5.
· Turn R on Highway 11 S toward Campobello and go 3.5 miles.
· Turn L at the traffic light onto Highway 176.
· Go 4/10 mile and turn R on Highway 357, just before the Post Office.
· Follow Highway 357 approximately 6.7 miles to a four- way stop at Edwards Store Road.
· Turn R at the Fire Department.
· Go 1 mile to the stop sign, and cross
Sloan Road

· Turn R into the yarn shop drive.

Sit N Knit Tuesday nights from 6 to 8pm (first Tuesday of the month is Foothills Guild - EVERYONE is invited for this show and tell time.)
Wonderful time to sit and visit and knit and share. Sometimes several of us are all working on an agreed upon project and sometimes everyone is doing something different. Great time for those who cannot get away during the day.

The alpacas are being moved to 829 Sloan Road, Inman, SC 29349.
This is our new farm home and home for the mill and soon to be home for the yarn shop!
I anticipate moving the yarn shop the end of December 2010.
